When one of his people commit a mistake,  he made that into a humorous situation so that it lightened the mood and he winked at the soldier.

When king thinks of going to a war with fewer soldiers and high morale, general says 'winning against all odds appear only in stories. Soldiers win wars,  weapons win war. 

Integrity

His display of integrity was a model for his people

Commitment even if losing is in sight.

He aided his friends even when he knew that it was a sure defeat.

I will stand by you

When one of his soldier is accused of crime,  king tells him ' i will stand by you,  dont worry ' .
'What if i am wrong?  '
' I will stand by you more '
' Why?  '
because ur in my team and the mistake u committed whatever it is,  i am partially responsible '

We People

When king hear his people arguing 'You people wont change '
He interject and says 'we people '
